Trouble in Paradise is a slight telemovie, a star vehicle for Raquel Welch in her late 40s. She is teamed with Jack Thompson. It is a shipwreck story, the clash between the two survivors, their falling in love and helping each other. It is all as expected, predictable. There is a subplot about wealth, drug-running. The island locations and the sea ate beautiful. Raquel Welch is in fine form - Jack Thompson gives another variation of his affable Ocker.
