Instant Justice

INSTANT JUSTICE

US, 1986, 101 minutes, Colour.
Michael Pare, Tawny Kitaen.
Directed by Craig T. Rumar.

Instant Justice is an action thriller of the mid-80s with exotic Spanish settings. It is a story of vengeance - with touches of sex and violence. Formula material.

Michael Pare is a marine who hears about his sister's death and goes to Spain to investigate. Tawny Kitaen is an expensive call-girl who becomes involved in the unravelling of the mystery. The focus is on Spanish businessmen and their drug empires. There is confrontation and the destruction of the empire.

Standard material, quite stylishly done in its own way - B-grade exploitive entertainment. (And the leading characters are particularly wooden in their performances.)
